Cláudia joined the team in early 2026 while finalizing her PhD in Molecular Biosciences. Her doctoral research in Biochemistry focused on non-conventional drug targets to tackle antibiotic resistance, a high-stakes field requiring precision, innovation, and a deep understanding of complex biological systems.

Beyond her research, she took on significant lab management responsibilities, where she oversaw multiple projects, coordinated resource logistics, and led the training of new researchers. This background equipped her with advanced skills in strategic project management, multi-stakeholder communication, and the ability to maintain operational continuity in demanding environments. Cláudia is now leveraging this rigorous analytical expertise to help organizations navigate uncertainty and build resilient systems.
